🍵 January: A Flavorful Start
We kicked off the year with a bold and beautiful debut: Matcha Mac Pops in celebration of Lunar New Year. This first-ever flavor launch blended the earthy elegance of ceremonial matcha with our Macarons, offering a fresh take on tradition. It was our way of honoring new beginnings—green, grounded, and full of promise.
🌹 February: Sweet on New Shapes
For Valentine’s Day, we launched another first: Chocolate Covered Strawberry Mac Pops shaped like delicate roses. These sculpted beauties were more than just treats—they were edible bouquets, perfect for gifting (or keeping for yourself, no judgment here). Even more exciting? They made their way to Costco for the very first time, letting love bloom on shelves across the country.
🐣 March: Hopping Into Spring
In March, we embraced all things springtime with not one, but two festive new Mac Pops:
- Carrot Cake Chick Mac Pops—adorable, chick-shaped pops with a carrot cake twist, available online and in Costcos.
- Birthday Cake Egg Mac Pops—our colorful, egg-shaped tribute to celebration itself, filled with birthday-cake joy, available exclusively online.

February and March marked a major Macarooz milestone—our first-ever shaped Mac Pops hit Costco shelves! Shoppers fell in love with our Pink Rose Mac Pops for Valentine’s and the Carrot Cake Chick Mac Pops for spring. Beautiful, bold, and baked with love—thank you for making them a hit!
